This offer (this "Offer") is valid only with purchases made between September 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 and, to qualify for the maximum reward of $100, requires the purchase of at least ONE (1) HP Pavillion 13.3" Convertible Touch Screen Laptop and $200 of Staples computer accessories at Staples.com, StaplesAdvantage.com or any Staples physical store location.

Entrants may participate in the Offer up to ten (10) times and, as a result, this Program is limited to up to ten (10) rewards per person, i.e., per person, email address, phone number and/or IP address. Resellers, groups and organizations are not valid participants. Use of fictitious names and/or multiple addresses to obtain multiple rebate requests is fraudulent and could result in federal prosecution. P.O. Boxes are not accepted for this promotion. The reward will be issued via a Staples Reward Card. The Promotion is valid to residents of the 50 United States and its territories who are 18 years of age or older.

All entrants must have a valid email address and access to a web browser to participate. Each person may use only one (1) email address to participate in the Offer, and such email address may be used by only one person regardless of whether the email address is shared by two or more people. Any participant who uses more than one (1) email address or one (1) mobile phone number to respond to the Offer may be disqualified and any rebate may be forfeited subject to the sole discretion of pendulum.one LLC ("pendulum.one"). In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a recipient who has responded to the Offer, the entry will be declared made by the registered user of the email address presented and used. The "registered user" of an email address is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

By responding to the Offer, you agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Official Rules. Any participation in the Offer will be automatically void if it is determined to be a mass entry or the receipt is electronically reproduced, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, or if it contains printing, typographical or other errors, incorrect or inaccurate information.

The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law and non-transferable. Moreover, it is not valid with any other offer unless stated otherwise. pendulum.one reserves the right to interpret the rules of this Offer at its sole discretion and all decisions made by pendulum.one are final. pendulum.one reserves the right to change without notice the terms of this Offer or to modify or end this Offer at any time without notice. pendulum.one is not responsible for any liabilities, taxes or expenses incurred by end user as a result of this Offer. Your right to receive the rebate will automatically terminate if you fail to negotiate your rebate card by the expiration date listed. Products subject to the Offer may not be returned for refund once a copy of receipt has been submitted and validated. Rebates under the Offer are provided through a Staples Gift Card, which is given to you as a reward, refund, rebate or gift, and no consideration, value or money has been paid by you in exchange for the reward card.
